We use custom-fit foam inserts and double-walled boxes to ensure your delicate miniatures arrive in perfect condition, regardless of how far they travel.
Do you offer pre-painted figures or DIY kits?
Melvin's Miniatures offers both! Our 'Masterpiece' line comes fully hand-painted, while our 'Builder' kits arrive unpainted and unassembled for hobbyists.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If a miniature arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
What scale are your miniatures?
Most of our inventory is standard 28mm or 32mm scale, perfect for tabletop gaming. Please check the specific product description for the exact dimensions.
