At Melvin's Miniatures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tiny treasures. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your collection, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the miniatures in their original boxes with all protective foam and padding to ensure they arrive back at our workshop safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
